Jarrett Clausnitzer

Workman's Compensation and Medical Compliance Officer

Jarrett Clausnitzer was born and raised in Puyallup, WA. He graduated from UNLV in 2002 with a B.S. in Sports Injury Management. He is also NATA certified and a State of Nevada Licensed Athletic Trainer. Jarrett has been with Matt Smith Physical Therapy since 2002.
